Description

Document Control Associate:

  • Manage document control functions related to global quality management system compliance.
  • Route documents for appropriate review and approval, tracking progress throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure up-to-date document status and tracking.
  • Maintain organizational systems to track documentation needs across business units.
  • Support ISO/IATF compliance by handling documentation requests and requirements.
  • Create charts and graphs to visualize R&D project progress and metrics for presentations.
  • Build interactive dashboards for Quality Management projects.
  • Convert Oracle data into actionable Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and perform data entry tasks.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to streamline document management

Profile

Document Control Associate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in document control, manufacturing, quality, or ISO-related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data visualization, and formulas.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems and SharePoint for document management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document handling and data entry.
  • Ability to create effective visualizations like charts and graphs for project reporting.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating across departments and managing document flow.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and requirements for documentation.
  • Expertise in building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
