JOB SUMMARY
Load outbound trucks, stage palletized items on the dock for loading, use warehouse management software, check the quality of the pallets completed by night selectors and confirm all shorted items submitted by the night selectors

RESPONSIBILITIES
Load outbound trucks that deliver to Street accounts, Retail accounts, and PRDC accounts.
Utilize a single or double jack to load product staged by the selection team.
Validate customers loading on proper routes and trucks based on the overall cube capacity of the equipment.
Plan door assignments with yard jockey and router to ensure timely loading an launching of routes.
Double-check for shortages and ensuring all shorts are validated before loading is completed.
Hotshot select last-minute add on orders.
Double-check sensitive items on CC pull customers
Follow the loading sequence based on routing.
Adding cases to pallets to preserve the cube capacity of the truck, keeping the sequence in order for the driver.
Skipping routes when needed to ensure the flow of dock is maintained.
Loading a truck out of sequence.
Truck substitution
Co-mingling pallets

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred

Experience
Minimum of six (6) months experiences operating a rider pallet jack.
Prior order selection experience in a fast-paced warehouse required

Professional Skills
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic knowledge of products preferred.
