OverviewDocGen Business Analyst: Mortgage Connect Document Solutions is looking for a DocGen Business Analyst to support our growing team. As a representative of MCDS as a DocGen Business Analyst, you will support both internal and external customers with gathering and documenting requirements and specifications for existing and new products. To be successful in this role, you must be a team player who has strong problem solving skills and an attention to detail.
What you will do - Accurately document requirements based on clients, internal users, and third party vendors for systems development, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Support multiple projects and work closely with the product owners and client representatives to make sure everything we do meets the direction of the company.
- Analyzes and defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify functional specifications required for development and user testing.
- Analyze data related to document creation workflows by using internally created and maintained tools.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Additional duties as assigned.
