DME Order Management Specialist Compensation
  • The pay for this position is $33.00 per hour

  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates


DME Order Management Specialist Highlights
  • Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday - Thursday, Work From Home on Fridays

  • Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs


DME Order Management Specialist Responsibilities
  • Manage order flow and ensure timely shipment execution from Distribution Center to internal and external customers

  • Lead communication between business and supply planning teams to resolve order issues

  • Set priorities independently, manage deadlines, and provide process expertise to the team

  • Serve as primary contact for order status, delays, shipping dates, and regulatory updates

  • Drive continuous improvement in fulfillment and customer experience through SOP development

  • Use Excel to analyze and report order errors, root causes, and performance metrics

  • Escalate issues to leadership as needed and seek operational efficiencies


DME Order Management Specialist Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Minimum 2 years of ERP system experience

  • Minimum 2 years in order management, export/logistics, or customer service roles

  • At least 2 years of industry experience in medical device, healthcare supply chain, or pharmaceutical

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
