Job SummaryDue to growth and future expansion, our client is adding a highly motivated and results-oriented District Sales Manager to cover their Arizona territory. This role involves managing and developing existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling PEMB packages and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with major players in the mini-storage industry.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and production, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience selling PEMB packages.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and building codes.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
