Regional Sales Manager

What You'll Do: - Build strong connections with customers to understand what they need
- Present and promote our high-quality products to help customers solve their challenges
- Plan and carry out sales strategies to win new customers and grow existing accounts
- Offer top-notch customer service and technical support
- Travel a minimum of three days a week to meet clients, building relationships and showcasing solutions
- Work closely with our team and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth and clear communication
What We're Looking For: - At least 5 years of experience in business development, outside sales, or a related field
- An understanding of mechanical components (like motors, chains, couplings, and bearings)
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Someone who's highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and has a valid driver's license
