Your Responsibilities:

  1. Prioritize Health and Safety in all operations and decisions.
  2. Drive revenue and margin growth and lead district expansion.
  3. Collaborate with the team to meet sales budgets and track market activities.
  4. Facilitate exceptional customer service through effective communication.
  5. Develop, recruit, and mentor top talent among Account Managers and Sales Representatives.
  6. Foster positive workplace relationships while modeling corporate values.
  7. Complete other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales and management experience necessary.
  • 5-7 years of relevant management experience in Field/Environmental Services.
  • Proficiency in financial report analysis to support decision-making.
  • Strong skills in building customer relationships and managing account plans.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
