Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple retail store operations in the Vancouver, WA region. The District Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, developing leadership talent, and maintaining brand standards across all locations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Store Managers and their teams across a multi-unit territory to achieve sales goals, operational targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and execute district-level business plans to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and achieve P&L targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational compliance, visual merchandising standards, and customer experience delivery.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic action plans.
  • Champion employee engagement, succession planning, recruiting, and talent development initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, brand standards, loss prevention practices, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, HR, and supply chain teams to support district goals.
  • Lead and model a customer-first culture focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Drive community involvement and local store marketing efforts to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage new store openings, remodels, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of multi-unit retail management experience; district or area manager level preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with proven success in managing budgets, driving sales growth, and controlling expenses.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data, financial statements, and operational reports.
  • Hands-on, highly organized, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Experience implementing training and performance management initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and retail management systems.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
