About the Role:
We're a fast-growing financial advisory team on a mission to create an exceptional experience for both our clients and advisors. With 12+ financial advisors ranging from early-career to veteran professionals, we're building the internal structure and support to elevate our performance even further.
As Chief of Staff, you'll partner closely with leadership to manage day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives. You'll support advisor training, drive marketing and business development projects, and help build systems that scale.
What You'll Do:
- Help lead and coordinate training, onboarding, and ongoing advisor development
- Collaborate on marketing and outreach to attract new clients and advisors
- Support business development efforts and assist with internal goal tracking
- Create, refine, and implement systems to improve operational efficiency
- Act as a culture driver and point of contact for advisor communication
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in financial services, training, sales, or military leadership
- Required: Series 7 & 66 or Series 6, 63, & 65 licenses
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
- Energetic and mission-driven, with a passion for helping others grow
