Distribution Sales Manager Connectors & Cable


The Role:


As our National Distribution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for deepening relationships with key national and regional distributors while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners to expand our market reach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national distribution strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and grow relationships with major distributor accounts.
  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire new distribution partners across untapped regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing, product mix, and training programs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans where needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, distributor events, and industry forums.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales or channel management experience in the industrial electrical or connectivity market.
  • Strong knowledge of the distributor landscape in the U.S. industrial sector.
  • Proven success in building and executing distribution growth strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (up to 20%).
