Position Summary:
Responsibilities include entering and managing credits, processing sample orders, billing suppliers for chargebacks, and running end-of-month program completion procedures.

Daily/Position Responsibilities:
Enter driver and manager credits
Bill suppliers for chargebacks on billpays, programs, credits, samples
Process and organize supplier billback credits
Run end-of-month program completion procedures
Enter supplier and manager samples
File all program results at end-of-month
Maintain supplier contact information and chargeback settings in ERP system
Process 3rd party billpays, adjustments, manual one-off programs, and apply against profitability
Process grant funding procedures
Communicate and Remedy AR-related chargeback discrepancies with suppliers and management
Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience:
Associate's degree in management or business or equivalent education and related on-the-job experience

Ability to find alternative methods to solve problems and issues.
Ability to analyze workflow and implement methods to achieve assignment completion.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
