Job Description

The Disputes Partner will be:

  • Responsible for developing and growing a Litigation practice from the Leeds office.
  • Recruiting a team and mentoring junior lawyers while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Managing a wide range of disputes, including commercial and property litigation, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Bringing in and managing new business, leveraging existing contacts and networks.
  • Working with the Litigation Partners in other offices

The Successful Applicant

The Disputes Partner should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ years of PQE in Dispute Resolution, ideally with a focus on either Commercial or Property Litigation.
  • Experienced in managing and developing a team, with strong business development skills.
  • A proven track record of building client relationships and bringing in new business.
  • Able to work collaboratively and drive the growth of a practice in a regional setting.
  • Already be working in the Yorkshire market
