Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6 AM - 6 PM) 2-2-3 Rotation

What You'll Do Manage high-volume deliveries for critical medical logistics.
Juggle multiple screens, phone calls, and radio communications-all at once.
Make intelligent dispatch decisions in real-time to ensure on-time deliveries.
Adapt quickly to last-minute changes-no two days are the same.
Track courier locations and solve routing challenges on the fly.
Work directly with customers and couriers to provide top-tier service.
What We're Looking For Experienced Dispatcher - At least 1+ year of dispatching experience (medical, food delivery, or high-volume logistics preferred).
Problem-Solving Powerhouse - You thrive under pressure and find solutions in seconds.
Multi-Tasking Master - You can monitor multiple screens, handle calls, and coordinate drivers-all at the same time.
Clear & Commanding Communicator - You give clear instructions and keep everyone informed.
Tech-Savvy - You know dispatch software, GPS mapping, and Microsoft Office like the back of your hand.
Fast & Accurate Typist - Speed and accuracy matter when entering orders and updating logistics.
Calm Under Pressure - Emergencies happen. You're the one who stays cool and takes action.
