What You'll Do:
Strategic Partnerships (Director)
- Develop and grow referral relationships
- Educate partners on the value and depth of our services-building trust and credibility by helping partners understand the depth of our solutions
- Be a translator of value: you connect industry-specific needs to our boutique approach.
Business Development (Director)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships and deliver insights that lead to long-term engagements.
- Work closely with internal experts to craft customized, high-impact client pitches.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in business development, sales leadership, partnerships, or strategic growth roles.
- A relationship-first mindset with a consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced boutique environment, where your ideas matter and your initiative count.

- Experience in financial services, tax, accounting, or professional services is a strong plus-but not required.
