Now, we're building a sales leadership team to match that bold mission. We're hiring two Director-level trailblazers-one to own Strategic Partnerships, the other to lead Business Development. What You'll Do:

Strategic Partnerships (Director)

  • Develop and grow referral relationships
  • Educate partners on the value and depth of our services-building trust and credibility by helping partners understand the depth of our solutions
  • Be a translator of value: you connect industry-specific needs to our boutique approach.

Business Development (Director)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships and deliver insights that lead to long-term engagements.
  • Work closely with internal experts to craft customized, high-impact client pitches.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in business development, sales leadership, partnerships, or strategic growth roles.
  • A relationship-first mindset with a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced boutique environment, where your ideas matter and your initiative count.
  • Open to our In-person, on purpose motto-for deeper connection and real-time impact.
  • Experience in financial services, tax, accounting, or professional services is a strong plus-but not required.
