THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Boutique Management Team is expanding with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for selling clothes, delivering exceptional client experiences, and building loyal customer relationships.

You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the region through inspirational leadership and strong partnerships with cross-functional teams. THE ROLE

As the Director, Retail, you will lead the team to:

• Sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and foster loyal client relationships
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Manage or escalate the details that enable an exceptional shopping experience
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead the department's daily operations in alignment with corporate objectives, while promoting career development and a positive employee experience

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $150,000-$250,000 USD annually. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and knowledge. Bonus eligibility may also apply.
