Location:HealthPark Medical Center -9981 So HealthPark CircleFort Myers FL 33908 Department: Plant Operations Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/ 7:00AM to 3:30PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$42.09 - $56.83 / hour Summary Plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates and controls the activities of the plant operations maintenance functions of the department, which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in an operative and safe working condition at a specific Lee Health facility. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department. Assures competency of all department personnel. Develops the operational budget and formulates projected capital needs. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all DNV, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and protocols. Collaborates and works closely with counterparts to assure common goals of the Plant Operations Departments of Lee Health are met. Also works closely with facility administration to assure their needs are met and the goals, mission and vision of the System are achieved. Requirements Education:BS or BA degree preferred or 15 years on the job experience. Experience:Minimum of 5 years management experience required. Certification:CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) preferred. License:N/A Other:Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication. Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation and exhibits excellent customer service skills. Maintains education and development appropriate for the position.
