Job Details

Director Surgical Services / Operating Room:

Reports to the CNO
6 OR suites, 2 OB OR's, 2 endoscopy suites
Cases include: General, Spine, Plastics, Ortho, Urology, Ob/Gyn, ENT, Bariatrics, Podiatry, etc.
Approximately 450 cases/monthly and actively growing

Qualifications:
BSN Degree
Master's preferred
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years Operating Room RN experience
Prefer 3+ years proven Management in Operating Room, Surgical Services, Perioperative Services or related area or specialty
Experience with active construction projects, expansions, driving process improvement, decrease wait times, improving turn around times, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal & communication
Active Georgia RN License or ability to gain state licensure
