Director of Web & Digital Infrastructure to lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of our digital ecosystem.
In this senior role, you will oversee the architecture and future vision of Banyan's entire web presence, manage internal and offshore development teams, and ensure our digital infrastructure supports organizational growth and patient access to care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for all website properties and related technologies.
- Oversee and manage internal and external (offshore) web development and tech teams.
- Monitor and proactively address issues related to caching, Cloudflare optimization, plugin conflicts, and website performance.
- Lead efforts in optimizing infrastructure for speed, security, scalability, and compliance.
- Manage relationships with hosting providers (e.g., WP Engine) and critical SaaS services (e.g., Cloudflare, Trustindex).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business intelligence, and operations to ensure tech stack evolves with business needs.
- Implement best practices for technical SEO, website health, security, and analytics integrations.
Required Skills:- Expertise in WordPress CMS architecture and advanced plugin management.
- Strong technical experience with web servers (Nginx), CDNs (Cloudflare), and caching strategies.
- Solid understanding of analytics tools (GA4, GTM) and CRM integration (Salesforce).
- Ability to manage offshore resources and direct multi-location web teams.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of website security best practices.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale web properties and digital infrastructure.
- Experience leading cross-functional or remote/offshore development teams.
