Director of Substance Abuse Treatment

The CCBHC Director of Substance Use Treatment oversees and directs integrated behavioral health, substance use, and primary care services at a Brooklyn clinic.
•  Responsible for planning, launching, and managing evidence-based substance abuse programs, including MAT and OUD initiatives.
•  Supervises clinical and administrative staff, ensuring quality care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
•  Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders to expand access and improve outcomes.
•  Develops policies, monitors performance, facilitates staff training, and ensures regulatory adherence in a client-centered, culturally competent manner.
•  Requires 3-5 years in program management, supervision, and MAT treatment, with clinical licensure (e.g., CASAC) and proficiency in community engagement and crisis management.
•  Position is in-person at a Brooklyn location, with some travel, offering a salary of $135K-$145K plus comprehensive benefits.
