Director of Substance Abuse Treatment

The CCBHC Director of Substance Use Treatment will oversee the development and implementation of substance abuse treatment services, provide leadership to staff, ensure compliance with program requirements, supervise clinical and administrative teams, monitor program effectiveness, establish community partnerships, and maintain quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of program management experience in a substance abuse clinic, experience with MAT treatment, multi-disciplinary teams, and crisis management, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications include CASAC-Advance, CASAC-Master Level, LCSW, MFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist with 5-8 years of clinical leadership experience. The salary range is $135,000 to $145,000 per year.
