Job Details

As a Director of Sales Operations on our team, we are looking for the following:

• 5+ years of high level operational leadership managing large teams
• Experience managing teams larger than 50+ employees (preferably experience managing offshore teams)
• Expertise in maintaining operations and working through growth phases
• Experienced in motivating team to deliver best results
