Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Mentor, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the Portland market.
Develop annual sales goals and refine revenue forecasting.
Implement effective pricing strategies for transient and group sales.
Collaborate on marketing and budgeting to achieve yield management targets.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Sales within upscale, lifestyle, or luxury hotels.
Proven success driving revenue growth through creative strategies and effective leadership.
