Position Overview
The Director of Sales leads a team of Sales Professionals, driving revenue growth, professional development, and customer satisfaction across an assigned territory. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of business experience, with proven success managing high-performance sales teams.

- Ability to influence decisions across organizational levels.
- High ethics, sound judgment, and active community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members.
- Set and monitor team metrics and individual goals.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and team-building initiatives.
- Lead team meetings and collaborate closely with executive leadership.
- Manage team budget and maintain updated operating procedures.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel locally between offices and client sites.
