Director of Sales

GymChatt is hiring a Director of Sales West Division to drive sales and expansion across the Western region. If you're a results-oriented leader passionate about sales strategy and team development, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet revenue goals in the West.

Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team.

Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales growth.

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Western region.

Foster strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Oversee sales operations, implementing best practices for efficiency.

Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure business alignment.

Deliver regional sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights.

Ensure optimal resource allocation within the sales budget.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a record of exceeding targets.

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and best practices.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience leading sales teams in the Western region.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

(Optional: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Masters preferred.)
