We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead, develop, and scale our sales organization. Primarily focused on our LA team but will assist with a new and growing London team. This role requires an entrepreneurial-minded leader who can build a high-performing team, implement structure and strategy, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading by example while fostering a results-driven sales culture.


Role Overview


The Director of Sales will be responsible for establishing and executing a high-impact sales strategy, ensuring the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities for expansion. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment and has a proven track record in building and managing successful sales teams.


Must be comfortable and have experience working with HNW/UHNW individuals.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand TCG's sales footprint and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Implement clear sales processes and structure to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent achievement of team goals.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
  • Develop and implement structured onboarding and training programs.
  • Lead by example-demonstrating the same standards and work ethic expected of the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.

Client & Partnership Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, stepping in as needed to support high-value deals.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that enhance TCG's offerings and expand market reach in both B2C and B2B verticals.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to maximize client satisfaction.

Performance & Innovation

  • Continuously analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategy and improve performance.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance client engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Foster a solutions-oriented mindset, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Track Record of Revenue Growth: Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and exceeding team targets.
  • Entrepreneurial & Start-Up Mentality: Ability to build a team and sales infrastructure from the ground up in a dynamic environment.
  • Managerial Excellence: Experience structuring and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Luxury Market Expertise: Understanding of HNW/UHNW clientele and the nuances of high-end service sales.
  • Strategic & Hands-On Approach: Ability to set vision and strategy while actively leading execution.
  • International Experience a Plus: Experience working with global markets or international clients is highly valued, given our presence in London and expanding global reach.

Position would report directly to the company founders.
