Director of Sales

Position

The Director of Sales - After Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to effectively promote, present and sell our spare parts and service programs. The Director of Sales - After Sales will have strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills. This role will support the North America new business sales team in identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow North America After Sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with key customer accounts to enhance relationships and generate more share of wallet for spare parts and services.
• Work with business leaders and respective sales teams to establish sales goals on key customer accounts.
• Promote parts and service programs for each respective business unit.
• Obtain industry knowledge for all Aebi-Schmidt business in North America.
• Partner with leaders to streamline processes and continue to drive improvements.
• Enter new and existing customer data into ERP & Sales software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• GED/High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and previous After Sales experience or related field experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and computation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
