We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Operations to drive business growth and improve operational efforts, driving growth and efficiency.


Position: Director of Sales and Operations

Location: Charlotte, NC (HQ)

Reports to: Owner


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across five Southeast locations.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring project delivery aligns with quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Optimize operational processes, improving efficiency and profitability across all locations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in the Southeast region.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and operations with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably in construction services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast US construction market is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to regional locations as needed.
