We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Operations to drive business growth and improve operational efforts, driving growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across five Southeast locations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring project delivery aligns with quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Optimize operational processes, improving efficiency and profitability across all locations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in the Southeast region.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and operations with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably in construction services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Southeast US construction market is a plus.
- Ability to travel to regional locations as needed.
