Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts at our Newly Renovated DoubleTree Suites by Hilton - Mount Laurel. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the Hilton corporate team to align marketing efforts with brand standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably within the Hilton brand.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Delphi/Meeting Broker, Cvent proficiency, digital marketing tools, and revenue management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
