Position Summary
We're looking for an experienced and driven Sales Leader to scale our commercial footprint for Innovo Copilot, our intelligent AI assistant platform designed for pharma professionals. This role blends sales leadership with domain expertise in AI and life sciences; it's perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
You will lead strategic sales initiatives, engage with VP & C-level stakeholders across global pharmas to small pharmas, and champion the adoption of AI in solving complex challenges across clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs functions.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy for our AI Copilot solution.
- Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline and drive predictable revenue growth. Expand sales funnel by creating targeted campaigns and clearly portraying value proposition to target audiences.
AI-Driven Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities where AI Copilot can deliver transformative value.
- Collaborate with pharma clients to understand pain points and articulate how AI solutions can improve productivity, compliance, and outcomes.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple pharma stakeholders including digital transformation officers, heads of clinical operations, and regulatory leads.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify and share opportunities on a regular basis.
Forecasting & Revenue Management:
- Own accurate forecasting, territory planning, and quota attainment for Innovo Copilot-related sales.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years selling AI-enabled platforms.
- Track record of selling into new pharmaceutical or life sciences companies, with deep understanding of clinical, regulatory, or R&D domains.
- Demonstrated success managing $1M+ ARR pipelines with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of the AI SaaS landscape, including NLP, generative AI, and intelligent assistants.
- Bachelor's degree required. Background in life sciences, computer science, or an MBA is a strong plus.
