Key Responsibilities for the Director of Risk Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to protect the organization's assets and reputation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and strengthen internal controls.
• Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on risk-related issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and legal teams to maintain compliance standards.

Qualifications for the Director of Risk Management:

• 10 years of experience in a Director of Risk Management role or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation techniques, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
