Job Summary
The Director of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue operations in the company. Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise

Understanding of revenue cycle process, from patient data entry to financial services (collections, billing) Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications)
Bachelor's or Master's level degree in business
5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, laboratory preferred, leadership experience preferred
PC and Microsoft Office knowledge Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Interacts with physicians, employees and clients in a positive manner consistent with the mission and values of Bako Diagnostics.
Provides leadership, direction, accountability, and training for direct report employees
Monitors daily collection activity and AR reports to track and improve performance
Monitor compliance and adherence to existing policies and procedures through audits, discrepancies reports, and extracted BIS data
Works with Executive Management and Revenue Cycle team to identify trends with payors, receivables, denials and effectively communicate data, action plans, and metrics
Monthly AR Analysis and Bad Debt review to determine collectable AR
