Our client is seeking a proven Director of Revenue Cycle that will evaluate the gaps, train the team properly and understand the full revenue cycle. This is a newly created position for a subject matter expert in RCM that can run the department as they see fit.

Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in RCM leadership.
- Understands Medi-Cal reconciliation.
- Is a SME in the full revenue cycle operations and understands how the revenue cycle impacts other departments from patient check in to collecting the money.
- Experience coordinating with different departments throughout the cycle to ensure a smooth process.
- Strong people and management skills that can balance fairness, kindness, coaching, and keeping the team accountable.
- Someone who can take complete ownership of the revenue cycle department.
- Strong training skills and experience to ensure the team is trained properly.
- Someone who values a culture of collaboration and diversity.
