This incoming Director will be responsible for the vision, leadership, and overall success of the operations while mentoring and coaching the Branch Managers and providing operational support as the credit union continues its growth in its surrounding communities.
This position will take ownership of the overall direction and performance of the branches to create a culture valuing high performance, continuous improvement, learning and development, and a commitment to quality and member satisfaction. The Director will collaborate with management to strategize and plan for future business development to achieve set goals and develop new resources and revenue streams to increase member growth and retention.
An associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in business or finance or a bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of five years experience in a progressive leadership role within branch operations demonstrated a history of building and managing branch operations and business development is required. NMLS is highly desired.
