Summary Our Director of Quality Management is accountable for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality within the organization. This individual will guarantee we deliver our products and services in a projectized manner at or exceeding customer expectation (internal and external customers). Unlike most quality management roles, this role is more than just an ISO 9000 auditor. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management frameworks as well and this approach enables the highest level of quality. General Qualifications: Strong verbal communications skills at all corporate levels
Strong written communications skills
10+ years of portfolio, program, and project management
Military experience highly desired
Must be eligible for a Top-Secret clearance (clean record, etc.) Certification(s): Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) Desired: Program Management Professional (PgMP)

Skilled in preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
Skill in the management of multiple shared mailboxes in M365
Skill in employee information privacy practices
