Your Mission

As the Director of Quality, you won't just uphold the standard-you'll set it. This is a high-impact leadership role where your strategic vision, technical expertise, and problem-solving mindset will shape the future of quality across our U.S. manufacturing operations.

You'll be the driving force behind continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, ensuring every product that leaves our plants meets the highest benchmarks for performance, integrity, and reliability.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the charge on quality strategy across all U.S. facilities, aligning with our standards and vision.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Dig into data-analyze field feedback and warranty reports to craft actionable plans that boost customer satisfaction.
  • Be the go-to problem solver-support plant teams with root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
  • Evaluate operations to ensure products meet stringent specifications for quality, safety, and functionality.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and evolve quality standards that are both effective and scalable.
  • Design and implement robust testing and evaluation processes that drive consistency across the board.
  • Facilitate clear, ongoing communication between production teams and management to stay aligned on goals and performance.
  • Review and refine quality documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct random inspections and quality checks to maintain excellence on the floor.
  • Deliver insights-report regularly on quality performance to executive leadership and regulatory bodies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive quality and manufacturing experience, ideally in an industrial environment involving welding, automation, and electrical systems.
  • Proven leadership in driving quality strategies across multi-plant operations.
  • Preferred certifications: ASQ (CMQ, CSQP, CRE), or Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • A valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license (standard vision-related restrictions permitted).
