We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality & Regulatory to lead and oversee all quality assurance and regulatory compliance functions within a well-established cosmetics company. This role ensures that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with FDA, GMP, and global regulatory requirements.

Description


  • Develop and implement quality assurance and regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and international cosmetic regulations.

  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance at all stages.

  • Manage relationships with regulatory agencies, staying up-to-date with evolving guidelines and industry best practices.

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) for continuous improvement and compliance.

  • Investigate product quality issues and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to support product development and regulatory approvals.

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all regulatory filings and quality control processes.

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality and regulatory professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.


Profile


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs within the cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and international cosmetic regulations.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Experience with audits, CAPA management, and regulatory filings.


Job Offer

  • $120,000 - $150,000 Base Salary
