Description
Develop and implement quality assurance and regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and international cosmetic regulations.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.
Oversee the product lifecycle from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance at all stages.
Manage relationships with regulatory agencies, staying up-to-date with evolving guidelines and industry best practices.
Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) for continuous improvement and compliance.
Investigate product quality issues and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to support product development and regulatory approvals.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all regulatory filings and quality control processes.
Lead and mentor a team of quality and regulatory professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs within the cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and international cosmetic regulations.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience with audits, CAPA management, and regulatory filings.
