We are seeking a dynamic individual who will play an integral role in developing the talent pipeline and be responsible for delivering highly qualified candidates for physician and mid-level provider positions. This is a hands-on role and requires the ability to complete the full recruitment cycle, from screening to placement to retention.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle provider recruitment. (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring experience, and articulating complex compensation packages).
Identify diverse, top-level talent through sourcing methods, which include industry contacts, physician referrals, internet research, networking, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, schools, and other sources as needed.
Actively follow candidates through the hiring process to provide an excellent candidate experience and hiring manager experience
Manage appropriate candidate tracking and reporting in the applicant tracking system.
Collect and analyze feedback and distribute information to the SVP of Business Development, COO, and Regional Directors of Operations.
Participates in the development of business strategy as it relates to clinical talent.
Offer and negotiate contracts successfully for potential new hires.
Participate in meetings to anticipate needs in Nevada, California, Arizona, Florida, and Texas, and how it will impact the recruiting/retention process.
Create and implement a recruiting plan.
Attend quarterly industry meetings.
Understanding of the dermatology, Mohs, Cosmetics, and the allergy/immunology industry.
Update the provider recruiter page located on the corporate website.
Advises on compensation and market variables for clinical talent acquisition. Influences leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches .

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications:
7+ years of professional business experience.
5+ years of recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, and Leadership.
5+ years of Clinical recruiting experience in the healthcare industry.
Excellent sales skills are a must.
Effective in presenting oneself as a business partner to gain the trust and respect of candidates and coworkers.
Knowledge in full lifecycle recruitment, including thorough pre-qualification screening, interviewing, and closing professional-level candidates across multiple levels.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
Comfortable with heavy outbound phone sales and delivering cold calls
Ability to create, cultivate, and build friendly, communicative relationships with candidates.
Highly driven, calm, creative, and with an astute ability to set realistic goals.
Strong follow-up skills are a must as part of the relationship-building process.
Candidate must be a good listener, organized, and have exceptional follow-up.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Physical Requirements: Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines including computer and calculator; stooping and bending to handle files and supplies; and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Includes handling of sharps and chemicals.
