The Role:

We're seeking a Director of Property Management with deep experience in the management of Class A properties. This leader will not only understand the operational complexities of newer, high-quality assets but also have the presence and expertise to garner respect from both team members and ownership. Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in property management leadership, ideally with experience in Class A assets.
  • Proven track record in operational excellence and financial performance.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and EOS (bonus).
  • A passion for technology and a knack for operational innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to tackle challenges head-on.
  • High emotional intelligence and a commitment to building a strong, supportive team culture.
