My team has been retained by an owner/operator/developer to identify and hire a Director of Property Management to oversee their mixed-use portfolio. This professional will focus on overseeing the day to day operation of their assets, managing capital/system projects, and work with leasing and their Portfolio Administrator to solve tenant issues. This professional needs to have experience with luxury mixed use assets and a track record in managing maintenance/staff teams.
