Job Title: Director of Product Design
Job Location: REMOTE
Salary: $165k-$195k base + 20% Bonus or Equity options + Unlimited PTO + 401k + Comprehensive Health Benefits
Must have:

• 8+ yrs of Product Design experience, predominantly with B2C Consumer Apps with Payment Conversion & Gamification
• 2+ yrs of Leadership experience (leading UI, UX, and Product Designers)
• Recently, been doing hands-on product design and creating a strong design vision
• Currently, using AI professionally and enthused about & interested in an "AI first" work environment

Job Details

You will be the most senior designer in the organization, reporting directly to the VP of Technology (based in California). You'll lead, inspire, and grow a talented global team of 6 designers across UI, UX, and product design disciplines (located in India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh), driving innovation and excellence across both our B2C and B2B offerings. This is a rare opportunity to shape the design vision for a global platform with millions of monthly active users (MAUs) while contributing to its rapid scaling and evolution.

Must have:

• 8+ yrs of Product Design experience, predominantly with B2C Consumer Apps with Payment Conversion & Gamification
• 2+ yrs of Leadership experience (leading UI, UX, and Product Designers)
• Recently, been doing hands-on product design and creating a strong design vision
• Currently, using AI professionally and enthused about & interested in an "AI first" work environment
