Brief Overview:

A leading live events group is seeking a Director of Premium Sales & Service to oversee the retention and growth of premium memberships, hospitality packages, and other revenue-generating programs across multiple venues.


This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, renewing premium accounts, and driving new business through referrals, upselling, and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Renew and grow premium memberships through strong client relationships and proactive engagement
  • Design and present annual renewal proposals for key accounts
  • Develop new business through strategic outreach and upselling existing members
  • Serve as a venue ambassador, building partnerships in the local business community
  • Support event-day experiences for VIP clients, in collaboration with internal sales and coordination teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM (Salesforce/KORE)

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in sports/live entertainment
  • 2+ years of experience selling premium / hospitality / ticketing packages
  • Proven success in relationship-driven sales and client retention
  • Willing to work events on weekends as necessary
