Title: Director of Premium Sales & Service

Brief Overview:
A leading live events group is seeking a Director of Premium Sales & Service to oversee the retention and growth of premium memberships, hospitality packages, and other revenue-generating programs across multiple venues.
This role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, renewing premium accounts, and driving new business through referrals, upselling, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renew and grow premium memberships through strong client relationships and proactive engagement
- Design and present annual renewal proposals for key accounts
- Develop new business through strategic outreach and upselling existing members
- Serve as a venue ambassador, building partnerships in the local business community
- Support event-day experiences for VIP clients, in collaboration with internal sales and coordination teams
- Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM (Salesforce/KORE)
Required Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in sports/live entertainment
- 2+ years of experience selling premium / hospitality / ticketing packages
- Proven success in relationship-driven sales and client retention
- Willing to work events on weekends as necessary
