Position: Director of Pharmacy
As the Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations. Responsibilities include staffing, filling orders, maintaining security, and recommending innovations. You will manage a team of 3 full-time pharmacists and 3-4 technicians. The role requires a Pharmacy Degree, active Iowa licensure, and relevant experience. Full-time schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends. Salary range is $145,000-$160,000 plus bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications:

•  Pharmacy Degree (Bachelors or Pharm D)

•  Active Iowa Pharmacist licensure

•  1 year inpatient pharmacy management experience

•  3 years inpatient pharmacist experience

•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
