Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals for the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with organizational objectives. + Collaborate with department heads, medical staff, and nursing teams to assess needs, resolve issues, and optimize processes to support effective and safe drug therapy. + Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork. + Leverage deep expertise in pharmacy practices and concepts to plan and achieve department objectives effectively. + Oversee and manage the delivery of pharmacy services, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient outcomes. Qualifications: + An advanced degree (e.g., PharmD or Master's in Pharmacy/Healthcare Administration). Doctorate Degree preferred. + Active and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy. + A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in pharmacy services, with demonstrated leadership experience. + Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, regulations, and clinical applications.
