Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve customer acquisition goals.
  • Analyze data to optimize customer acquisition costs and communicate insights to executive and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and forecast the performance marketing budget, adjusting goals and strategies as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the performance marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with CRM, analytics, product, creative, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.

Profile

  • Experience: Over 10 years in paid media buying and customer acquisition.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of strong leadership, with confidence in guiding and mentoring a team of performance marketing managers.
  • Track Record: Proven success in developing effective performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Data-Driven: Highly analytical and data-focused, with a passion for utilizing KPIs to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Experience in building or managing affiliate programs, including modeling and forecasting for affiliate performance.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing significant paid media budgets, ideally around $50M, with a focus on optimizing media spend.
  • Agency and In-House Experience: Open to candidates with either a pure agency background or in-house marketing experience, demonstrating adaptability.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to pressure test current media mixes and forecast future performance, setting a strong foundation for marketing strategies.
