Pay: Range of $160,000.00-$180,000.00
This Director of Patient Services (RN) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Elicit recommendations regarding continuous improvement of patient safety from staff
- Responds to patient/family concerns and as necessary, institute actions to mitigate/resolves issues to promote optimal care
- Provides day to day support to Patient Care Coordinators in management of individual interdisciplinary teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE AND CLEAN RN LICENSE IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK
- HOSPICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Masters Degree in health related field required
- Minimum of six (6) years professional nursing, at least two (2) in Community setting and minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in community setting.
- Current Drivers License preferred and insurance
