Job Description The Director of Patient Engagement will focus on employees utilizing our behavioral health services, health coaching programs, and Family Wellness Centers, which provide primary care to students in agricultural rural settings. The director will also oversee patient engagement strategies for all health and wellness services and locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this role will oversee a multidisciplinary team, including the Lead Health Coach (and Health Coaches), Director of Mental Health (and Behavioral Health Therapists), and the Family Wellness Center Supervisor. Develop and implement comprehensive patient engagement strategies for behavioral health and health coaching across our H&W clinics, Wonderful Family Wellness Center, and sites at Wonderful College Prep Academy. Monitor engagement outcomes and metrics for school, community, and employee health services. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services. Regularly assess and address barriers to patient access and engagement. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including direct supervision of health coaches, mental health professionals, and Family Wellness Center staff. Strengthen relationships with school administrators, community leaders, and corporate stakeholders to promote awareness and utilization of services. Champion initiatives to engage underserved populations, particularly in agricultural rural settings. Track and report on key performance indicators tied to patient engagement. Use data analytics to drive improvements and report outcomes to the Chief Medical Officer and executive leadership. Travel required to Lost Hills Clinic, Delano clinic, and Mobile Clinic. This position is based in Lost Hills, CA. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree in social work, Nursing, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership, patient engagement, or program development. Relevant clinical or administrative certifications (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), or similar). Certification in healthcare leadership or patient engagement (e.g., Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP is preferred. Proficient with technology, including EMR systems, MS Office, and data analytics tools. Written and verbal fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Additional Information Wonderful's dedication to you: Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000 and is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
