We are looking for a Director of Channel & Partnerships to lead and execute our partnership strategy, build strong relationships with key partners, and help scale a high-impact ecosystem that supports our long-term growth.


About the RoleAs the Director of Channel & Partnerships, you'll be a core member of our go-to-market (GTM) team. You'll be responsible for owning and expanding our partner network, driving collaboration between Insait and our ecosystem, and building the foundational programs and processes that will support our partnerships for years to come.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about working cross-functionally to drive results.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Insait's global channel and partnership strategy.
  • Own relationships with existing strategic partners and identify new opportunities across markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure strong alignment and co-execution of joint initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable partner programs and operating models that support partner enablement, pipeline generation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish joint business plans, set performance KPIs, and hold partners accountable to deliver results.
  • Identify and build relationships with technology partners to create impactful integrations with Insait's platform.
  • Represent Insait in partner discussions, conferences, and industry events.

  • Qualifications5+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or GTM leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling B2B partner ecosystems (SaaS or tech industry preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute and drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
