Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the supervisor, Jesse Ayala, to set strategic goals and operational priorities. Plan, direct, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure seamless business processes. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and achieve company objectives. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness. Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize partnerships. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
