$150K-$240K base + bonus

Full-time On-site Aerospace Manufacturing


Role Overview: Will oversee end-to-end execution across design engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing operations. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering on key performance metrics, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic initiatives including capacity growth and new product development.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Direct daily operations across multiple departments including production, engineering, and procurement.
  • Champion process improvements, cost control measures, and efficiency gains to support company objectives.
  • Lead expansion initiatives to scale operations and meet increased demand.
  • Work closely with functional leaders in HR, IT, Sales, and Quality to drive alignment and integration.
  • Shape hiring strategy and staff development plans in coordination with the human resources team.
  • Monitor performance indicators, oversee budget planning, and optimize use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development and launch of customer-focused solutions meeting expectations for quality, lead time, and cost.

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably involving metal fabrication or precision-engineered products.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems, including full implementation cycles.
  • Proven success in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing flow, scheduling, and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; exposure to CAD platforms (e.g., CATIA or NX) is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $240,000, plus annual performance-based bonus
