Volt is immediately hiring for a Director of Operations (bilingual) in Manhattan, NY.

As a Director of Operations, you will:

  • Direct and empower a team of Area Managers to achieve operational excellence, uphold company standards, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all locations.
  • Collaborate strategically with Marketing to develop and execute market-specific plans that drive significant same-store sales growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans, effectively manage resources, and ensure strict adherence to all company procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of organizational efficiency, implementing strategic changes to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market needs and identify growth opportunities, developing actionable plans to contribute to overall company objectives.
  • Lead the execution of market-specific initiatives to achieve targeted financial and customer service outcomes.
  • Conceptualize, implement, and lead key projects aimed at continuously strengthening US operations.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Desired: Master's degree.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrated five (5) years of executive-level experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Required: Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 per year.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
